Accounts
Depending on a business’s requirements, we can produce monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual accounts in an appropriate report format for management or compliance with statutory reports.
VAT
Some clients like to record all their accounting activities for income and expenditure and then we assist with checking and completing the quarterly return, or it can be done as a bi-product report of Accounts.
Tax
Preparation of personal and business tax according to types of activities being undertaken. This includes Income Tax, Corporation Tax and Construction Industry Scheme Tax.
Payroll
We provide weekly/ monthly payroll services, with information returned by email, fax or post in pay slips and/or in summary form. Month end reports of Tax and National Insurance are provided for payment, and annual returns completed for the employer’s compliance with time limits. Throughout the year completion of forms for starters and leavers are submitted as and when required.

We are pleased to train and provide continuing support for anyone in the business to provide meaningful information that assists the Accounts reporting requirements.
Consultancy
Personal planning for possible Inheritance Tax avoidance.
Preparing or assessing existing or proposed business plans to assist funding by borrowing via loans or mortgage either for sources established by the clients or from our own loan sources via Mezzanine Mortgage Services. We still prefer that our clients keep us in the know of what their plans are, so that they can discuss proposals of asset purchase / lease, takeovers, becoming Limited Company status, before plunging into what seamed to be a good idea, so that they realize the possible complications before their commitment.
